Terms of Use

This document is a reference translation. If the two versions differ, the Japanese version prevails.

These terms set out the conditions for using PochiSta (the “Service”). By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

1. What the Service is

The Service is a web application for creating custom emotes and stickers for streaming and community platforms. All image processing and generation runs inside your own browser, and the operator never receives your images or text.

The Service is provided free of charge and requires no account registration.

2. Rights in what you create

  • Rights in the emotes you create with the Service belong to you.
  • You may use them commercially or non-commercially, including on streaming platforms and for distribution within communities.
  • No permission request to the operator and no credit attribution is required in order to use what you create.

3. Prohibited uses

The following are prohibited when using the Service.

  • Using images that infringe the copyright, likeness rights, trademark rights or any other rights of a third party
  • Creating or distributing emotes whose content violates the law or public order and morals
  • Creating content that defames others, promotes discrimination, or damages someone's reputation
  • Interfering with the operation of the Service

You must only use images that you own the rights to, or for which you have obtained permission from the rights holder.

4. Disclaimers

  • The operator is not liable for any trouble or damage arising from use of the Service.
  • The Service does not guarantee that what you create will satisfy the terms or review criteria of any streaming platform. Please check each platform's current rules yourself.
  • The Service may change its content, or suspend or discontinue provision, without prior notice.
  • Your work is stored only on your own device. The operator holds no backup, and data cannot be recovered.

5. Licenses of the bundled fonts

The Service uses the following Japanese web fonts. All of them are provided under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and may be used commercially.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be changed as necessary. Revised terms take effect from the moment they are published on this page.
